Maseru, Nov.25—The Minister of Education and Training Professor Ntoi Rapapa has on behalf of the Prime Minister Mr. Ntsokoane Matekane launched the 16 days of activism campaign in Maseru on Monday.
In his remarks, Professor Rapapa indicated that gender based violence is a pandemic that cuts across all communities leaving bitter results that affect both the sustainable development and the economic growth of the country.
