COURT DECLINES JURISDICTION 

Maseru, Sept. 25—– The High Court has declined jurisdiction in a case in which Former Government Advisor through the Ministry of Water on matters relating to Lesotho Highlands Water Project (LHWP) Mr. Moahloli Mphaka is challenging termination of his employment contract.   

In her ruling after hearing arguments on jurisdiction from both parties in the matter, Justice Maseforo Mahase stated that the Court does not have jurisdiction to hear the case. She pointed out that full written reasons are yet to follow.
