HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS SENSITISED ON UPCOMING DATA COLLECTION

Thaba Tseka Nov. 10 — The Community-Based Targeting Officer at the Ministry of Social Development, Gender, and Youth states that they have implemented an improved data collection system to ensure quality control.

Mrs Maleoatle Chele stated that on Monday, during the sensitisation of the Heads of Departments to lobby for support about the upcoming National Information System for Social Assistance (Nissa) data collection.

Mrs. Chele mentioned that Enumerators will use an app on tablets equipped with GPS coordinates to ensure they reach specific locations.

She emphasised that this is done to avoid repeating the mistakes from the previous data collection.
