Maseru, Sept 29. – On a bright and sunny day, Friday Lesotho holds local government elections countrywide across various voting centres earmarked by the Independent Electoral commission(IEC).
While it is business as usual at Maseru Municipal Council (MMC) 07 – Thetsane for some, as others are continuing with their daily routines that include selling fruits and vegetables in their markets, others are adamant that today is a chance to make a mark of radical change in their councils by electing the ones who would spearhead the process of development in their communities.
