Maseru, Dec. 17 — King Letsie III Commissioned Dr. Malehlanye Ralejoe as the High Commissioner of Lesotho to Canada at the Royal Palace on Wednesday.
The King said it is Lesotho’s desire to maintain and strengthen the good relations that exist between the two countries, thus the country decided to accredit Dr. Ralejoe as Lesotho’s High Commissioner to Canada.
He said the country is confident that the new High Commissioner will be able to discharge his mission in a manner that will merit the approval of the Canadian government. “You should prove yourself worthy of this mark of confidence that we bestow upon you” he added.
He further said the country charges him to serve Lesotho with loyalty, honour and dignity in his capacity as the High Commissioner, wishing him success in his new assignment. . .
