Maseru, Mar, 24 — Lesotho joined the rest of the world to commemorate World Tuberculosis (TB) day held at the ministry of health Auditorium.
The event will be in Leribe on April 4, where messages on TB will be communicated to all.
Ministry of Health aim to educate and interact with the community for them to know there’s a challenge of TB around the world and in Lesotho, said Dr. Llang Maama at the conference.
Speaking at the press conference, Deputy Executive Director of Partners In Health, Ms. Rets’epile Tlali disclosed that as PIH, they aim to prevent TB by making sure that people living with TB receive all the necessary treatment.
