LOCAL ARTIST PROMISES A SHOW STOPPER

Maseru,Sep.05 — As part of celebrating the bicentennial for Lesotho, instilling love for the Sesotho culture, all it’s practices, norms and the music  stands in as a priority for Lesotho’s music industry with the aim of promoting Lesotho globally.

This emerged at a press conference held with the purpose of announcing the launch of the ‘Sesotho fashion-eng’ concert which is aimed to bring together Basotho artists in the music industry which is scheduled for December,28 as piloted by ‘Penya play’ a record label established by a Lesotho born artist Mr. Thaabe Letsie commonly known as ‘Ntate Stunna’.

Speaking at this event, the organiser of the event Mr. Bereng Matseletsele said that as much as the event is aimed at promoting music within the country, it is also looking at showcasing to the world the talent of Lesotho as well as embracing the Sesotho culture. . .
