MASHAI COMMUNITY VALUES ON LINE LEARNING 

Thaba -Tseka, July 05 — Despite shortage of online resources in schools, Mashai community values and supports online learning for the benefit of their children.

This was revealed by Mr. Maenete Letuka, Community Councillor at Linakeng Council K05 within Mashai Electoral Division (ED) in an interview with regard to progress in relation to online learning in their schools on Thursday.

He told the Agency that even though many households are in need at Mashai and the nearby villages, they have made an attempt to access smart phones for their children so that as schools are using this mode of learning, they as well are not left behind.

One of the parents, Mr. Ntsokoane Monts’uoe of Ha Theko Bereng explained that he has children in both primary and high school, saying ever since he bought mobile phone which they use interchangeably at home and even at schools, he has registered positive improvements on the education of his children.
