Beijing, Sept.06 — Prime Minister Mr. Ntsokoane Matekane says that meritocracy is the way to go in development of every country.
This Mr. Matekane said while in Beijing China during his meeting on Friday with Basotho community in diaspora mostly of whom are students.
He said that it is his belief that is how it should be saying that in order to prosper they should employ people on merits and not any other way.
He said that the students are in China because they are the future of their country saying therefore, they should work hard so that they go back home victorious. . .
