Maseru, Aug. 16 – The Minister of Public Works and Transport Mr Matjato Moteane made a statement on road reserve in the National Assembly on Friday.
In his statement, the minister said in line with the Road Act, road reserve is an area of land set aside indicating, many have opted to use these areas unlawfully, thus hindering development alongside the roads.
