OLYMPIAN RAMAKONGOANA HONORED WITH M50,000 AWARD 

Qacha’s Nek, Aug. 30 — In a heartfelt ceremony on Friday, District Administrator (DA) Habofanoe Pheku announced a generous M50,000 award to Olympian Tebello Ramakongoana in recognition of his outstanding achievement at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. 

The award, sponsored by Manti Sehloho Construction and Projects in partnership with Ramela and Associates, celebrates Olympian Ramakongoana’s impressive performance, where he secured 7th place with a record-breaking time of 2:07:58 hours.

Olympian Ramakongoana, a 27-year-old marathon runner from Ha Mohlapiso, not only shattered the national record but also made history as one of Lesotho’s most promising athletes. . .
