Maseru, June.16 — Prime Minister Mr. Ntsokoane Matekane who is also Minister of Defence on Monday handed over three vehicles to the Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) at an event held at Mejametalana Airbase.
The vehicles comprising two buses from MAN company and a Toyota twin cab are all to the value of M6,459,548.
In his remarks Mr. Matekane said he is thankful that finally as the government they were able to answer the long time plea of the LDF. He urged the army to accept these vehicles saying they know that the LDF as protectors of this country and its inhabitants need resources to do their work diligently. . .
