Qacha’s Nek, Jan.07 — Qacha’s Nek Magistrate Court Magistrate Ponts’o Janki has denied bail to Tebang Moliko (27) of Makhalong, who is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl on September 14, 2019.
Magistrate Janki ruled that both parties would present evidence for the bail application on January 16, 2025, or possibly proceed with a trial.
“For now, bail has been denied,” she said.
