Maseru, Nov.13—Maseru Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) says over two months since schedule 16 of Legal Notice No.69 of 2020 in which about 47 businesses are to be reserved for Basotho nationals was issued, but such schedule has still not been implemented.
The schedule stipulates that the 47 businesses should not be in the hands of foreigners…
