Maseru, Sept. 25 — The security election material distribution plan for the Maseru district began on Saturday with a helicopter transporting the security election material that included a ballot paper, ink, and marking pens.
District Electoral Officer (DEO) in the Maseru District Mrs. ‘Mapheello Nkopane told the Agency on Monday that for the Makhoalipana in the Maletsunyane constituency the distribution of the security electoral material will only be made by road on Tuesday.
She explained on Tuesday the distribution for Qiloane, Ratau, Likolobeng, Manonyane, Mohlakeng, Mazenod, Lilala, Makhoarane, Kubake, and Semonkong Urban will be distributed.
Mrs. Nkopane said the security election material will be airlifted due to the Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) transport plan.
