VANDALISM OF LEC PROPERTY A CONCERN

Quthing, July 02 — The Lesotho Mounted Police Service (LMPS) Quthing District Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Advocate Seabata Tutuoane has raised concern over vandalism of Lesotho Electricity Company (LEC) properly in the district.

Speaking at the Heads of Departments (HOD) meeting held at the District Administrator ‘s office on Wednesday, ACP Tutuoane said a recent case of LEC property vandalism has been reported at Ha- Moleleki along Ha-Makoae LEC power line supply last weekend.

ACP Tutuoane stated that the Quthing police has been working hand in hand with experts from LMPS Electrical department headquarters on investigations of the case, and measures to arrest suspects who are at large are in process. . . .
