Berea, Sept 16 — As wildfires continue to become a regular sight at the rangelands, Traditional Healers Association (THA) of Berea has expressed their concern over the damage done on the natural vegetation.
According to Berea THA Chairperson Mr. Ts’eliso Lenka wildfires are increasingly becoming their concern because they completely destroy natural vegetation where they get some valuable traditional herbs and medicine.
Mr. Lenka said despite the awareness campaigns they always conduct for herders and communities in regard to natural vegetation protection, some people deliberately keep on setting fire at the rangelands. . .
