LESOTHO TAKES OVER ARLAC CHAIRMANSHIP

Maseru, Oct. 10–The government of Lesotho through the Principal Secretary of the Ministry of Labour and Employment has attained Chairpersonship of the African Regional Labour Administration Centre (ARLAC) starting from October, 10th (today).

This unfolded at the 3 day event of the 21st Annual meeting of the committee of Senior Officials responsible for Labour, Employment and Manpower issues in Anglophone African countries which is held in Maseru from Tuesday.

While officially opening this meeting, the Minister of Labour and Employment Mr. Richard Ramoeletsi said  it has been 16 years since Lesotho  hosted the ARLAC meeting and other few sessions since 2007.
