DEAF BLIND ASSOCIATION ATTAINS CONSTITUTION 

Maseru, Nov. 28 — The Deaf Blind Association of Lesotho (DBAL) has finally acquired its constitution since its inception a few years ago.

This was confirmed by the DBAL Chairperson, Mrs. ‘Mats’episo Mokhoromeng in an interview with the Agency.

Mrs. Mokhoromeng well known by the name of Likopo Lesoetsa  in the disability sphere said  now that they have legal constitution, this will allow them gain membership within the mother body association LNFOD, help them work harmoniously with other associations dealing with people with their different kinds of disabilities.
