Berea, Jan. 12 — Ministry of Local Government and Chieftainship Affairs, Home Affairs and Police will engage the new Community Councilors of Berea district into a three days induction workshop starting from January 23 to 25 at Blue Mountain Inn hotel.
This was confirmed by Berea Urban Council Town Clerk, Ms. Nkhabo Thamae during an interview with LENA on Friday.
Ms. Thamae said the induction workshop is set to be attended by all the elected Community Councilors and such exercise is very important and it marks the first step of boosting their capacity and to develop knowledge on what is likely to be expected from their service.
