MIXED EXPERIENCES WITH PASSPORT SERVICES AT HOME AFFAIRS

Maseru, Apr. 03 – Most individuals are satisfied with the timely issuance of their passports, while others raised concerns about possible corruption and delays at the Home Affairs department.

In an interview with the Agency on Wednesday, Miss. Likae Jobo shared her positive experience with the Home Affairs department, stating that she successfully received her passport which she had applied for in January.

However, an anonymous source revealed a contrasting experience, expressing frustration over the delay in receiving their passport.
