Mokhotlong July 04 — Only Community Councils within Mokhotlong district have been selected to implement a five-year project called Pathways to Sustainable Livelihoods, Director of Operations and Community Development Mr. Kefuoe Pakela from Department of Social Development has said.
Mr. Pakela said this when introducing the project sponsored by World Bank to Heads of Departments (HODs) in Mokhotlong during their monthly meeting on Tuesday……
