REFORMS AGREEMENT SIGNED 

Maseru, Jun. 22 — Leaders of Political Parties in the National Assembly have reached a consensus on the passage of the 10th Amendment to the Constitution Bill (Omnibus Bill), the signing was made at the State House on Thursday.

In his keynote address, the Prime Minister (PM) Mr. Ntsokoane Matekane said the commitment they made today is to give implementation of the National Reforms the highest priority for the purposes of peace, stability, security and reconciliation. 

He said they are appreciative of the dialogue and consensus indicated into the Basotho nation by the Founder King Moshoeshoe I, and conscious of their shared responsibility to take ownership of the destiny of the nation and to facilitate as well as offer leadership in the execution of the National Reforms……
