Botha-Bothe, July 03 — Member of Parliament for Mechachane no. 1, Mr. Jane Lekunya says his constituency is challenged by stock theft which is increasing each day.
Speaking to the Agency, Mr. Lekunya says at least everyday more than one animal gets stolen from the community and crosses over to South Africa through porous borders. He said this challenge causes people to get sick as those whose animals have not been stolen leave in fear of when the criminals will visit their homes.
