Mafeteng, June 28 — The community of Bolikela within Metsi-Maholo Community Council has expressed concern on lack of electricity within their area.
In an interview with the agency, the Area Chief, Chieftainess ‘Mathato Pasela, said it has been years living without electricity in the area even though some of the surrounding villages have electricity.
She highlighted that in 2011 they sat with the community and established a scheme whereby they agreed that each household should pay M500.00 as the beginning fund….
