Thaba Tseka, Jan. 18 — District Disaster Management Team (DDMT) attended a one day complaints and feedback meeting on Wednesday.
According to World Vision Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Mr. Reabetsoe Tau the aim of the training is to encourage DDMT to promote the use of complaints and feedback mechanisms in the community.
In that training, the template of the tool was shown to DDMT and was also taken through Kobo complaints center which demonstrated on how it works.
