Maseru, Apr. 24 – The Minister of Justice and Law , Mr. Richard Ramoeletsi says, there is a need for all to understand bail in legal terms so as to appreciate this component.
He said this in Maseru on Wednesday when officiating a pre-legislative orientation session for Law and Public Safety Portfolio Committee on the bail Bill, 2024.
The Minister explained that this meeting is meant to give an overview of the bail Bill, 2024 before his formal briefing in the National Assembly at a date to be set.
