LESOTHO INTROSPECTS BIOSECURITY, BIOSAFETY POLICIES 

Maseru, Apr. 17– In an effort to gauge progress made on Biosecurity and Biosafety polices, the Ministry of Health held a one-day introspection workshop in Maseru on Monday. 

In an interview with Mrs. Tsáletseng Siimone from the National University of Lesotho (NUL) also Secretary of the National Biosafety Technical Working Team, the purpose is to see how far Lesotho has worked from 2020. 

She said both are the initiatives to strengthen the biosecurity and biosafety systems of African Union Member States to comply with the international health regulations…..
