LITHABANENG PRIMARY SANITATION CRISIS SOLVED

Maseru, Mar. 27—  Action Ireland Trust (AIT) in collaboration with Relationships Inspiring Social Enterprises (RISE) donated a new sanitary system to Lithabaneng Primary School on Wednesday.

The  Principal  of Lithabaneng Primary Mr. David Ralebese stated that the school had previously been using an open field as a toilet, which was not unhygienic  but also dangerous for the students. He said the AIT intervention has changed the lives of the students and staff.

He further said some toilets were full and could not be pulled out as  the community members were disposable nappies in the toilets.
