Mafeteng, June 29 —The Mafeteng Magistrate Court has sentenced a 40 year-old Taelo Lesaoana of Lekhahong Ha Makhate to three years imprisonment or pay a fine of M3,000.00 for illegal possession of a firearm.
According to the evidence led before court on June 06, 2023 the convict was found possessing illegal firearms at his respective home following the village raid that was conducted by the Lesotho Mounted Police Service after the Area Chief reported about the sound of guns the previous night.
