Maseru, Oct. 16—Following postponement of cases before Justice Charles Hungwe as renewal of his contract is pending, Chief Justice Sakoane Sakoane has on Monday stated that there is progress on the issue of appointment of Justice Hungwe.
He however indicated that there is still an issue which is remaining which is expected to be dealt with by end of business today. He pointed out that he will make a decision on Thursday this week if Justice Hungwe is still not back.
