Qacha’s Nek, July 07 — The Local Government, Chieftainship, Home Affairs and Police Minister, Mr. Lebona Lephema has missed the Operation Hloekisa Lesotho campaign.
The national cleaning campaign which was scheduled for Friday, June 30 was postponed to July 07 and it was supposed to be led by him.
However, the cleaning still continued in his absence.
