THERE SHOULD BE A TIMELINE – MOKHOTHU

Maseru, Mar .20 — The leader of opposition side who is the leader of Democratic Congress (DC) Mr Mathibeli Mokhothu unveiled that there must be program of action, evaluation and accessing of allocated budget.

Speaking in the National Assembly on Wednesday, Mr. Mathibeli Mokhothu, emphasised the need for the leading party to introduce legislation to ensure the effective implementation of their proposed program of action.

One of the key aspects highlighted by Mr. Mokhothu was the importance of incorporating a timeline within the budgetary process. Specifically, he suggested that sectors allocated funds for infrastructure development should be required to provide quarterly reports on their progress over the next six quarters. . .
