Leribe, Sept. 29 — With the Local Government Elections voting process ending at 5:00 am, Tsikoane ACL High school voting station closed as expected.
During the closing time, Returning Officer Ms. ‘Malebeoana Ramakatsa said the voting process was smooth though there were some challenges.
She said one of the challenges was that more than two of the people had their names transferred to one of the voting stations at Hlotse without their knowledge.
