Maseru, Aug 01—The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) has urged people who will be on duty on polling day to apply in order to qualify as advanced voters starting on July 31 to September 09 this year.
IEC Public Relations Manager Mr. Tuoe Hantsi told the Agency on Tuesday that the voting day for the Advanced voters will be on September 27 while the voting day for the rest of the voters is on September 29 this year.
