Qacha’sNek, Aug.1 — The district Magistrate Court, Magistrate Ts’eliso Bale has today committed to three days imprisonment a 55-year-old tycoon Mr. Tebello Khoromeng for contempt of court.
Mr. Khoromeng was found to have committed contempt of court by defying an order to pay a M2000.00 bail yesterday instead sending his son to make the payment while he ran errands.
Upon the payment day, his son was sent back after Magistrate Bale refused to sign the bail bond. . .
