ECONET, HIGHERLIFE FOUNDATION BID FAREWELL TO THREE SCHOLARS

Maseru, Aug. 01 — Econet Lesotho in collaboration with Higherlife Foundation has bid farewell for three scholars who will be leaving the country to study different courses in the United States of America (USA).

Mapalo Makwaza who will be studying Investigative Journalism, Moliehi Seipati from Methodist High School, Economics and Katleho Pule from Lesia High School, Biological Sciences, are the three beneficiaries of the Higherlife Foundation scholarship who are soon to leave the country. 

In his opening remarks, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Econet, Mr. Dennis Plaatjies stated that such opportunities are presented to Basotho children who have shown interest in their field of study and wish to enhance their knowledge.
