Berea, July 17 — As Lesotho observes King Letsie III 60th birthday, Mafotholeng Chieftainess Mateboho Majara said there is a need to value chieftainship because it is the pillar of good governance.
Cheiftainess Mateboho uttered these words during an interview with the agency on Monday as the country celebrated King Letsie III’s birthday.
She pointed out that since the legacy of Moshoeshoe I as the founder of Basotho nation, chieftainship issues in Lesotho have always been the main priority for good governance which unite people of different social differences.. .
