Mohale’s Hoek, Feb.07– The Magistrate Court has on Wednesday issued a warrant of arrest for Sesene Sesene, a 27 year old man from Ha-Bokoro in Mpharane who is charged with contravening Section 8 (1) (a) and 3 of Private Security Officers Act, No:11 of 2002.
