Maseru, June 25 – Lesotho National Federation of Organisations of the Disabled (LNFOD) has commended the Chief Justice for making the rules to promote access to justice for Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) in the judicial proceedings.
According to LNFOD Executive Director Advocate Nkhasi Sefuthi, the newly published courts rules which are cited as the Disability Equity Procedure Rules, 2023 were published though a government gazette No 39 on May 26.
