MOET, STAKEHOLDERS DISCUSS CURRICULUM, POLICY REFORMS

Maseru, May, 07 — Minister of Education and Training officially opened the 23rd NGO week hosted by Lesotho Council of Non-Governmental Organizations (LCN) regarding the curriculum and policy reforms towards sustainable future in Maseru.

When officially opening the ceremony on behalf of the Minister of Education and Training, Advocate (Adv.) Santi Mofoka, indicated that the theme of this year’s NGO week is ‘Transformation for sustainable futures: 2024 AU year of Education Lesotho’s Civil Society advocacy against shrinking civic space.’

Adv. Mofoka mentioned that the theme of these conference underscores the importance of unconventional education that empowers individuals to engage critically to create and innovate its education and active citizenship and equip youth to become agents of positive change. . .
