KHETHENG MURDER TRIAL TO PROCEED             

Maseru,May 07– A case in which four members of the Lesotho Mounted Police Service (LMPS) are charged with the murder of Police Constable Mokalekale Khetheng  has been scheduled to proceed on Monday next week. 

The case could not proceed on Thursday last week as scheduled due to unavailability of a presiding judge while on Friday there was a funeral for the late Justice Hopolang Nathane. 

It is expected that the defence will lead more witnesses in an ongoing trial within trial.

Among those expected to testify is the current Minister of Labour and Employment Mr. Tseliso Mokhosi who was one of the accused in the matter but charges against him were withdrawn.
