Maseru, Sept 08 – The Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Public Relations Manager, says there is positive progress regarding issuance of motor vehicles number plates.
Ms. Ntumeleng Ntsékhe said this comes after the Ministry issued an announcement urging drivers to come and collect their documentation proving them worthy of driving on the roads that include drivers’ licences and number plates which were not available for some time.
