Maseru, Dec. 15 — International Women’s Peace Group (IWPC) Lesotho’s Ambassador, Mrs. ‘Malejaka Letooane says women should be ambassadors of peace in the families, communities and country as a whole.
This she said during training on peace, good health and importance of being women held in Mangopeng Roma on Friday for 37 women from the villages of Mangopeng, Ha-Mopenyaki, Mahlanyeng, and Liphakoeng under Qhobosheaneng Electoral Division (ED).
The training was to look back on the roles the women have played in their villages and pave the way forward for 2024 and years ahead.
