Qacha’sNek, Dec.15 — Senior Magistrate Ts’eliso Bale of Qacha’s Nek Magistrate Court has granted a sexual offense suspect, Mr. Lebina Molefe (33) of Qhoalinyane, Ha Semethe a M500 bail.
Mr. Molefe is charged with contravention of the Sexual Offenses Act of 2003 in that he raped a mentally ill girl aged 16 on November 05, 2023.
His bail conditions were not to interfere with state witnesses, not hamper police investigations, attend remands and stand trial to finality. . .
