Mokhotlong, March 11 — The commemoration of Moshoeshoe I went on well even though the public was not there in satisfactory numbers.
Led by the Minister of Labour and Employment, Mr. Ts'eliso Mokhosi, the commemorative event took place at pitso ground in Mokhotlong town on Monday. Addressing those who were present, mostly the public servants, members of security agencies, and very few members of the public, Mr. Mokhosi said today's event is significant as it is held when Lesotho is celebrating 200 years since the founding of Basotho nation by Moshoeshoe I.
He appealed to the youth to use their knowledge and skills as well as innovations to grow and improve Lesotho as they are the future leaders of the country.
