Maseru, May 28 — The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) Commissioner, Dr. Karabo Mokobocho-Mohlakoana together with Director of Elections Advocate Mpaiphele Maqutu as well as Thaba Tseka District Electoral Officer, Mrs. ‘Makatleho Monesa will observe South Africa’s elections on Wednesday.
IEC Public Relations Manager (PRM), Mr. Tuoe Hantsi told the Agency on Tuesday that both Commissioner, Dr. Mokobocho-Mohlakoana and Advocate Maqutu will observe the South Africa elections under the banner of Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) regional bloc.
He said Mrs. Monesa will be under the Electoral Commissioners Forum of SADC (ECF SADC) which will be observing the elections.
The PRM said the IEC Commissioner and Director of Elections left the country on May 16 and will return home on June 06 this year.
