Maseru, July 01 — The Lesotho Co-operative Handicrafts Limited General Manager, Mrs. ‘Mamokhali Makhutla says, tourism in its different spheres has potential of unlocking jobs as well as improving Lesotho’s ailing economy if supported.
In an interview with the Agency, she said as dealers of all kinds of handicrafts, ranging from Basotho hats and dresses among others, such can go a long way in creating jobs and enhancing economic growth as well.
Mrs. Makhutla mentioned that the effects and impacts of Covid – 19 have made matters worse, thus are calling for relevant authorities including goodwill funders to come on board and assist them….
