WE COMMAND JURISDICTION-COURT

 

Maseru, Nov.10—-The High Court sitting as the Constitutional Court has on Friday, in a case in which a Member of Parliament for Thaba Moea Constituency No. 73, Mr. Lejone Puseletso is challenging a proposed motion of no confidence in the Government of Lesotho, stated that it commands jurisdiction over the matter.  

This the court said in its ruling on the issue of jurisdiction which was raised by the respondents in the matter as they challenged the competence of the court to preside over the matter…
