KAMOLI SAID NO SOLDIERS WOULD BE RELEASED-WITNESS 

Maseru, Jul.22—-Retired Major General Poqa Motoa has on Monday in an ongoing bombings trial, told the court that in 2014, the then Army Commander Lieutenant General Tlali Kamoli said no soldiers would be released to the police. 

This he said while testifying as the fifth witness in the matter adding that Kamoli who is one of the accused in this case made the statement days following the bombings at Moshoeshoe II and Ha Abia. He further added that this was during a meeting for senior army officials. He indicated that this was also after he read them a letter from the Commissioner of Police whereby, he requested that some soldiers whose names were written on the letter, be released to the police for questioning in relation to the bombings…
